Pickup Instructions

Hi! Thank you for booking your private transfer with us. To make your pickup fast and stress-free, please follow these steps.

Required (WhatsApp is mandatory)

You must have WhatsApp active with mobile data or Wi-Fi (and enough battery). Our official coordination channel is WhatsApp.

Step 1) Customer Care and Operations

This number is Customer Care and Follow-up. Your details are shared with our Operations Team, who coordinates driver entry and your exact meeting point. Please stay attentive to their messages.

Step 2) Stay in constant communication

  • I landed
  • Heading to immigration
  • Cleared immigration
  • Waiting for bags
  • I have my bags

Step 3) Important confirmation + meeting point

The driver enters the terminal when you confirm: “I have my bags”. Driver entry may take up to 10 minutes.

Meeting points by terminal:

  • Terminal 2 or 4: Welcome Bar
  • Terminal 3: Margaritaville

Step 4) Meet and board

Once you identify your driver (or once confirmed via WhatsApp), verify your service, walk with the driver, and board your assigned vehicle. In some cases, due to airport logistics, meeting may be guided only via WhatsApp (no sign).


Important No-Show Policy

Driver entry is only scheduled when you are ready: Due to airport rules and logistics, drivers cannot enter and wait indefinitely. Driver entry is coordinated once the passenger confirms they are ready (ideally: “I have my bags”).

No communication = No Show (60 minutes): If 60 minutes pass from your scheduled time/landing time and we receive no WhatsApp messages, it will be considered a NO SHOW due to lack of communication. The service will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Maximum waiting time for external delays (2 hours): We understand delays can happen due to immigration, baggage, customs, or airline issues, but these are outside our control. If 2 hours pass and the passenger is still not ready to board, the service will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Reactivation (optional, subject to availability): If you want to reactivate after 2 hours, we must assign an available operator at that moment. This has an additional cost of 50% of the current total service price, subject to availability.
